Favorite WOD:
5 Rounds
Run 400m
15 Overhead Squats (95/65#)

With an insatiable drive to challenge herself and foster camaraderie, Lindsey began her athletic journey as a runner in 2012. She participated in events such as the Diva Half Marathon (2012) and the Long Island Half Marathon (2013). Shortly after in 2013 she completed her first Spartan Sprint, enjoyed it so much that she completed the Spartan Trifecta that same year (2013).

The obstacle races lead her to Crossfit and she soon found a passion for weightlifting and endurance training. She found ways to incorporate the Crossfit dogma of “training for the unknown and unknowable” by participating in several GORUCK events. She ran the TCS NYC Marathon in 2014 and completed the NorthFace Endurance Challenge Marathon on Bear Mountain in 2015.

Obtaining her Crossfit Level-1 Certification was a natural progression, often assisting athletes during classes by offering help and support throughout WODs and skill development. Lindsey continues to train and develop as an athlete while motivating and assisting others to exceed their own expectations.
