CrossFit Endurance Update!!!

Now that spring is here and the weather is nice, it’s time to run again!!!  

8am Endurance will now be dedicated to teaching POSE running technique and mechanics to make everyone a more efficient, pain free runner.  

 

  • If you hate to run because it’s hard, you should come to this class!
  • If you love to run but are constantly harassed by injuries, you should come to this class!
  • If you’re an athlete who wants to become faster and more efficient, you should come to this class!

 

Athletes will be filmed, their running pose analyzed, and they will be taught drills to become more efficient better runners.
