Nick has always been involved in some sport one way or another since a young age. On top of that he’s tried numerous diets and training techniques to reach new fitness and health plateaus. It wasn’t until 2012 that he heard CrossFit and found his niche. Nick has trained and educated athletes on Long Island beyond just being at the gym. A healthy lifestyle doesn’t just happen by going to the gym for an hour a day, it takes hard work and effort and a drive to be a better you tomorrow than you are today.
