This course will change your perception about food, educate you about proper nutrition and about how food affects the way that you look, the way that you feel and ultimately the way that you interact with world.

We understand how difficult it is to change your lifestyle.  This is why we have made it a step by step process.  Focus on the challenge in front of you, not what lies ahead.

This will be challenging.  If it was easy, everyone would do it.  It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.

The Foundation is Nutrition




  • Changes in Body Composition- the paleo lifestyle will help you achieve your ideal body composition. You can expect to lose 2 to 5 pounds of body fat every month until you reach your optimal body composition.
  • Increased Energy- you will notice an immediate increase in energy within a few days.
  • Improved Performance- by the end of this challenge you will notice a considerable decrease in WOD times, increase in strength, and faster recovery.
  • Loss of Inches– expect to lose inches as your fat melts away.
  • Knowledge– you will gain an understanding of how food affects your body.
  • Community– using MyFitnessPal we will develop an online community that will provide support and help share ideas.
