FITNESS: 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • 20 Push-ups

  • 50 Squats

Rest 2-minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • 10 Pull-ups

  • 30 second Hollow Body Hold

 

 

PERFORMANCE: 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • 10 Box Jumps (30/24″)

  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Rest 2-minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • 15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

  • 30 second L-Sit Hold
