Front Squat with green band at 60% 0f 1RM for 8 sets of 2 reps

Conventional Deadlift with band @50% of 1RM for 8×1

 

 

WOD:

For total Reps:

  • 5-minute Max Double Unders

  • 3-minutes Max Box Jumps (24/20-inches)

  • 2-minutes Max Pull-ups

  • 1-minute Max Burpees

  • 1-minute Max Air Squats
