WOD:

Spend the first 30-minutes of class working on some of the following skills.

THEN PERFORM 1 minute of each exercise for max reps, with 1 minute rest between:

  1. Hollow Rocks

  2. Handstand Push Ups with Kip

  3. Hip Extensions on GHD

  4. Rope Climbs with Spanish Wrap

  5. Pistol

  6. Muscle Ups

  7. Jump Rope Double Unders

  8. Burpee

  9. GHD Sit-Ups
