Partner WOD:

Complete how ever you would like – Must finish each movement before moving onto another

  • 100 Burpees

  • 100 Cal row

  • 100 Handstand Push-ups

  • 100 Toes to Bar

  • 100 Box Jumps (24/20″)

  • 100 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)

Resting parnter must do sit ups continuously while the other partner is moving.
