Back Squat against orange bands @55% for 8 sets of 2 reps

 

WOD:

Complete as many strict quality rounds and reps as possible in 16 minutes:

  • 10 strict handstand push-ups

  • 15 strict ring dips

  • 20 strict pull-ups

  • 45 push-ups
