Skill-WOD:

  • 15′ Rope climb, max reps in 3 minutes

WOD:

  • 2-minutes of Rowing (for calories)

  • 2-minutes of Box Jumps (24″/20″, for reps)

  • 2-minutes of Rowing (for calories)

  • 2-minutes of Knees to Elbows (for reps)

  • 2-minutes of Rowing (for calories)

  • 2-minutes of Wall Ball (20/14-pounds, for reps)
