Dynamic Effort Upper Body:

  • Overhead Squats @70% for 10 sets of 2 reps

  • Sumo Deadlift with black band at 50% for 8sets of 1 rep

 

WOD:

Perform 2-minute intervals of:

  • Rowing

  • Kettlebell Swings (70/53/35#)

  • Rowing

  • Double Unders

  • Rowing

  • Wall Balls (30/20/14#)
