FITNESS:

For Max Time:

Starting with 1 rep, add 1 rep every minute on the minute until you can no longer complete the all of reps within a minute for Rope Climbs.

Starting with 5 reps, add 5 reps every minute on the minute until you can no longer complete the all of reps within a minute for Wall Ball (20/14 to the 10/9ft line.)

Starting with 2 reps, add 2 reps every minute on the minute until you can no longer complete the all of reps within a minute for Box Jumps (24/20).

 

PERFORMANCE:

For Max Time:

Starting with 5 reps, add 5 reps every minute on the minute until you can no longer complete the all of reps within a minute for Wall Ball (20/14 to the 11/10ft line.)

Starting with 2 reps, add 2 reps every minute on the minute until you can no longer complete the all of reps within a minute for Box Jumps (30/24).

Starting with 1 rep, add 1 rep every minute on the minute until you can no longer complete the all of reps within a minute for Rope Climbs.
