  • 50 Double Unders

  • 21 Burpees

 

 

Finishing Movement: Romanian Deadlift to just below the knee with 3sec pause, 3×8

The athlete should look like an Olympic lifter at the end of the first pull: vertical shin, chest covering the bar, bar in contact with the body, weight towards heels.  If the athlete cannot maintain this position comfortably, than the weight is too heavy.  This is not an exercise to go heavy, it is an exercise you must feel.
