  • Wall Balls (20/14-pounds)

  • Box Jumps (24/20-inches)

  • Sit-ups

  • Burpees

 

Performance:

Max Effort Upper Body

  • Bench Press 1RM

 

Dynamic Effort Lower Body

  • Sumo Deadlift @40% of 1RM for 8 sets of 1 (rest 30 seconds)
