DYNAMIC EFFORT LOWER BODY:

Box Squat with orange band for 10 sets of 2 reps @50% 1RM

 

 

Fitness:

For time:

  • 2-minute Plank Hold

  • 50 Squats

  • 50 Push-ups

  • 50 Squats

  • 20 Dips

 

 

 

Performance:

For time:

  • 2-minute Handstand Hold

  • 100 Squats

  • 50 meter Handstand Walk

  • 100 Squats

  • 20 Handstand Push-ups (preferably strict)

*Perform handstand hold against a wall (with only the feet touching) and accumulate at total of 2 minutes before moving on to the squats.
