DYNAMIC EFFORT LOWER BODY: Sumo Deadlift with orange band @50% of 1RM for 8 sets of 1 rep

*(Add around 20/10 lbs of chain to the middle of the bar for each of the last 3 sets for a total of 3 chains on the 3rd set.)
