In front of a clock set for 16 minutes:

  • 1 minute of Hip extensions

  • 1 minute of GHD Sit-ups

  • 2 minutes of Pull-ups

  • 3 minutes of Push-ups

  • 4 minutes of Squats

  • 5 minutes of Double-unders

 

 

 

Performance:

In front of a clock set for 16 minutes:

  • 1 minute of Hip extensions

  • 2 minutes of Chest to Bar Pull-ups

  • 3 minutes of Ring Push-ups

  • 4 minutes of Pistols, alternating legs
