DYNAMIC EFFORT LOWER BODY:

Back Squats @75% for 10 sets of 2 reps. (rest no more than 1-minute between sets)

 

 

Fitness: ‘400m Intervals’

Four Rounds each for time:

  • Run 400m

  • Rest 2-minutes

*Try to keep a consistent split time for each lap (+/- 10 sec.). Do not run for your fastest time.

 

Performance: ‘800m Intervals’
