Overhead Squat @60% for 8 sets of 2 reps

 

Fitness:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • 10 Double-unders

  • 15 Russian Kettlebell swings, (53/35#)

  • 20 Lunges, alternating legs

     

 

Performance: 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • 10 Pistols

  • 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings, (70/53#)

  • 30 Double-unders
