2-Rounds with one minute of each exercise.  Rest one-minute between each exercise.

  • Rope Climb (1-minute Max Reps )

  • Double-Unders (1-minute Max Reps )

  • Push-ups (1-minute Max Reps )

  • Box Jumps (1-minute Max Reps )

  • Pull-ups (1-minute Max Reps )

  • Burpees (1-minute Max Reps ), Jump and touch a target 6-inches out of your reach.

PERFORMANCE:
